NOTICE TO ALL 6TH GRADE PARENTS
Starting in the fall of the 2010-2011 school year ALL children entering the 7th grade MUST have a Tdap booster (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis). This new requirement is coming from the Ohio Department of Health. The immunization can be obtained at your physician's office or at either location of the Wms. County Combined Health Department. Since this is a NEW state immunization law each 7th grade student will need the vaccine if he/she is to come to school. Without the vaccine, or a signed waiver form, your student will not be allowed to attend school. Parents were mailed detailed information regarding this new requirement by the school nurse. NEW 2010-2011 SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR ALL BUILDINGS

Box Tops for Education
Did you know that you probably have something in your cupboards that would benefit our local elementary students? That "something" would be Box Tops for Education. Box Top logos are on hundreds of products from food to tissues. All you need to do is clip them from the package before you recycle or throw it away. Collect as many as you can and then donate them to one of the local elementary schools. Click the title above for more information about this great program.
