Bryan City Schools and CAHF will be sponsoring a Family Movie Night on Friday, January 27 with a showing of Kung Fu Panda 2 at 7:00 pm in the BHS Gym. Admission to this event is FREE. Children are encouraged to bring pillows, blankets, and wear their favorite pair of pajamas as they relax with their family on the gym floor to watch the movie. The doors open at 6:15 pm and the concession stand will be open. Parents are asked to remain with their children at this family event.

The Outstanding Educator Award, endowed at the Bryan Area Foundation by the Benedict family in memory of Greg Benedict, is presented annually to one of Bryan's outstanding educators. Nominations are being accepted by the Bryan Academic Booster Club and must be received no later than March 1, 2012.
