Starting in the fall of the 2010-2011 school year ALL children entering the 7th grade MUST have a Tdap booster (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis). This new requirement is coming from the Ohio Department of Health. The immunization can be obtained at your physician's office or at either location of the Wms. County Combined Health Department. Since this is a NEW state immunization law each 7th grade student will need the vaccine if he/she is to come to school. Without the vaccine, or a signed waiver form, your student will not be allowed to attend school. Parents were mailed detailed information regarding this new requirement by the school nurse. Applications for open enrollment are accepted from May 1, 2010 until August 23, 2010.

A few items for your future planning....The first day of school for student's will be Monday, August 23, 2010. All buildings will have new starting and ending times.
